Frozen Peas

Freezing peas is a simple way to preserve fresh peas making the most of the peak season.

1. Pick or buy fresh peas

2. Wash and shell the peas from the pods

3. Place fresh peas on a lined baking tray and freeze for a couple of hours

4. Remove from the freezer and transfer into a freezer bag

5. Enjoy as you want for up to six months.
